The H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People with Epilepsy) Mentoring Program is an innovative approach to education and assistance for people with epilepsy. It is a program of the Epilepsy Foundation and is supported by the UCB Pharma. The goal of the H.O.P.E. Program is to fulfill an important for educating people with epilepsy and their love ones. It is also designed to expand the knowledge of physicians and allied health professionals who treat people with epilepsy and the community in which people affected by epilepsy live and work.
H.O.P.E. Program Goals

Improve communication about epilepsy to patients and the community at large.

Offer an exciting new way for people with epilepsy to learn through shared experiences. •
Serve as a positive resource for the epilepsy patient, family & healthcare professional. •
Provide a mechanism to inform audiences of the resources available to people with epilepsy. We will be hosting a H.O.P.E. Mentoring Program Training on January 22, 2011 at NCH, North Naples Campus, in the Large Conference Room of the Brookdale Building. The H.O.P.E. Mentoring Training will start at 9:00am and will end at 4:00pm
