Leoma Lovegrove and her husband Mike Silberg in the Blue Room at the White House and in front of the White House during artist’s reception
Leoma Lovegrove invites you to her own version of the “Blue Room” like the one at the White House this Saturday
Sanibel, Florida. December 8, 2010 — Are you blue because you’ve never been invited to the White House? A visit to Lovegrove Gallery of Sanibel on SUNDAY, Dec. 19 is the next best thing to a trip to Washington, DC, for the holidays. Lovegrove was chosen two years ago to create an ornament for President and Mrs. Bush’s Christmas tree. As a result, she and her husband were privileged to attend a reception in the Blue Room of the White House. Now she will recreate the experience at a special event from 4:30 to 9:00 p.m. to share it with others.
